WHEN WE FOUNDED DLFG IN 2010, VOLUNTEERING AND GIVING BACK WAS AN IMPORTANT COMPANY GOAL. WHETHER TRAVELING TO OTHER AREAS OF THE COUNTRY OR VOLUNTEERING RIGHT HERE IN BOSTON, WE SUPPORT MANY ORGANIZATIONS AND MAKE IT A POINT TO SUPPORT CAUSES THAT ARE IMPORTANT TO OUR CLIENTS AND OUR COMMUNITY. WE ALSO ENJOY INTERACTING WITH OUR CLIENTS ON A MORE SOCIAL LEVEL AT CHARITABLE AND COMPANY-SPONSORED EVENTS. HERE IS A BRIEF SNAPSHOT OF SOME OF OUR RECENT EVENTS AND VOLUNTEER ACTIVITIES:

Special thanks to the Dennis-Yarmouth Charitable Knitting Group for knitting these caps. They are awesome, especially the ones with the animals on top. We were just happy to be a small part of the process and delivered them to the right people at Dana Farber Children’s Cancer Center.

Dennis, Rich and his daughters had a blast supporting a worthy cause at the 2017 Tonneson Road Race in Wakefield. DLFG was a proud sponsor again this year for a great day supporting the Wakefield Interfaith Food Pantry.

DLFG sponsored a fun Oktoberfest event at Night Shift Brewing in Everett, MA. We enjoyed German-themed food and beer and had a fun and interesting tour of the brewery.

Night Shift has garnered worldwide fame after its IPA was a Bronze medal winner at the 2016 World Beer Cup. They were a worthy host and a good time was had by all!

Rich, who helps run the Malden Catholic (MC) Alumni Association, had the opportunity to plan a Habitat For Humanity build with Malden Catholic alums and current students in late April 2017. The group did work on Phillips St in Lawrence, MA and helped with painting, drywall, landscape and organizing the build site.
